Overview

The External Collaborators page within the Inventory section provides a comprehensive table listing all external collaborators who have accessed your secrets through item sharing initiated by users within your tenant. External collaborators may include contractors, partners, or collaborators who have been granted access to specific items or vaults. This table includes essential information about each external collaborator, enabling you to monitor and manage their access effectively.

Table Columns

The External Collaborators table contains the following columns, each providing specific details about the collaborators:

• Avatar: A small image representing the external collaborator.
• Email: The email address of the external collaborator.
• IP: The IP address from which the external collaborator accessed the items.
• Status: The current status of the external collaborator (e.g., active, inactive).
• Item Shares: Information on how many items have been shared with the external collaborator.
• Created At: The date the external collaborator was added.
• Findings: Any security findings related to the external collaborator.

Row Clickability

Each row in the table is clickable. Clicking on a row will navigate you to the detailed page for that external collaborator, where you can view more in-depth information and perform specific actions.
